About Jeremy

Jeremy “JDub” Joerger was born and raised in Santa Rosa, CA. After a year at Cuesta community college and a failed semester (literally) at Butte College, Jeremy enlisted in the Army as a Military Policeman (MP).

Jeremy was first stationed at Fort Polk, LA, before deploying to Haiti. He was then reassigned to Mannheim, Germany, where he later deployed to Macedonia and Kosovo. While in Germany, he he was a member of his Battalion’s ‘Warfighter Team,” an elite Military Police Corps event designed to determine the Army’s top MP team. The competition, originally scheduled for September 18th, was canceled due to the 9/11 attacks.

After two years at Fort Lewis, WA—where he earned the nickname ‘JDub’—Jeremy moved to Germany as the sole enlisted member of the European Special Investigation Fraud Field Office (ESIFFO), specializing in white-collar crime investigations. He also conducted global protection missions, including close protection details for the Secretary of Defense.

Following his discharge from the Army, Jeremy continued his career as a civilian CID Special Agent in Laguna Niguel, CA, later deploying to Kuwait alongside Special Agents from the DOD and FBI. He then transitioned to CID Headquarters at Fort Belvoir, VA, before joining the Postal Service Office of Inspector General (OIG) as an Assistant Special Agent in Charge, overseeing agents across five states. However, driven by his lifelong passion for entrepreneurship, he resigned his position and U.S. Top Secret security clearance and relocated to Sarasota, FL, and in February 2014, founded JDub’s Brewing Company.

JDub’s quickly became a local success, known for its commitment to quality and community engagement. Under Jeremy’s leadership, the brewery expanded distribution across Florida and Georgia, managing partnerships with thirteen distributors. His success garnered widespread media attention, and at its peak, JDub’s was the fastest-growing brewery in Florida.

Like thousands of businesses across America, JDub’s was severely impacted by COVID, ultimately leading to Chapter 11 bankruptcy. After selling his shares, Jeremy pursued another passion and attended film school at the Nashville Film Institute (NFI), working on television and political film sets before launching Film Taurus Media. His talent for content creation quickly made him a sought-after creator for dental practices. Recognizing the growing demand for high-quality digital marketing and leveraging his deep expertise in business, branding, and marketing, he founded Luxe Media LLC—a premier agency specializing in dental and cosmetic surgery practices. During this time, he also resumed writing his book, Business Shit, which he had started just before the pandemic.

Jeremy resides in Sarasota, FL. He’s a self-admitted workaholic, loving father and author. He describes himself as a “gym rat” and enjoys jumping out of airplanes.
